Workshop Participation
By participating in the Workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

The information presented during the Workshop, including ideas, suggestions, techniques, trainings, exercises, initiations, processes, activities, and other materials (collectively the “Materials”), is educational in nature and is provided only as sports performance mindset information and is not medical or psychological advice.
2. You understand the Workshop focuses solely on Sports Performance Mindset not to be considered treatment for any physical, emotional, or mental disorder. You agree to consult with your health care providers for any specific medical, emotional, or psychological problems or issues. Further you agree to take full responsibility for your self-care during the Workshop and after.
3. Any stories or testimonials presented before or during the Workshop do not constitute a warranty, guarantee, or prediction regarding your experience during or after the Workshop. Further, you understand that owndevelopmind makes no warranty, guarantee, or prediction of improvement in results after the Workshop, the outcomes are based on application by the individual athlete.
4. You acknowledge and agree that anything and everything discussed within the Workshop is merely a perspective for you to consider. You further understand that your participation in the Workshop is not intended to create, nor does it establish a client-practitioner relationship or any other type of professional relationship between you and Fergal Dunne.
5. You agree and understand the Workshop may not be filmed, photographed and/or recorded without the expressed agreement of the organiser Fergal Dunne.
6. You represent that you are competent and able to understand the nature and consequences of participating in the Workshop, and that you are an adult under the laws of the United Kingdom.
7. This workshop is suitable for adult athletes if you book this workshop, you are confirming that you are 18 or over and agreeing to show proof of ID (driving licence or passport documentation) on the day of the course you select. Failure to show proof of ID will result in you not being able to take part in the workshop
Intellectual Property
All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Fergal Dunne and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.
Sale of Services
Terms and Conditions govern the sale of services available on our Site. We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match the description of the good(s) you order on our Site.

The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all the services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase services from our Site at your own risk.
Payments
accept the following payment methods on our Site: Credit Card. When you provide us with your payment information, you authorise our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorise us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument. If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Right to Cancel and Refund Policy
If you are a customer living in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the right to cancel your contract to purchase services from us within 14 days. The cancellation period: Will end 14 days from the date of purchase when you purchased a service. Please read the Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully on the website.

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Fergal Dunne and our subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Dispute Resolution
Subject to any exceptions specified in these Terms and Conditions, if you and Fergal Dunne are unable to resolve any dispute through informal discussion, then you and Fergal Dunne agree to submit the issue before a mediator. The decision of the mediator will not be binding. Any mediator must be a neutral party acceptable to both you and Fergal Dunne.
Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Fergal Dunne agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
Severability
IF at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

If You Need to Cancel a Workshop
We aim to provide value for money workshops that are priced competitively. Therefore, we need to have a non-refundable policy to guarantee that we cover the costs and the sustainability of the workshops. Please contact us at least 14 days in advance of the start date of the workshop, then we can organise a transfer to an alternative date, on condition there are places available or a workshop is planned. If there are no suitable future dates, we can provide a voucher to be used for a future workshop booking.
If We Cancel a Workshop
In the event that a workshop is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will aim to give you as much notice as possible of the cancellation and a full refund will be provided. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any liability for travel or other costs you may have paid.
