My name is Fergal Dunne I’m a Sports Performance Mindset Coach from London UK. I provide a unique in person introductory workshop for runners of all levels who are ready to start their journey towards improving their training using mindset techniques and strategies. Let's transform your mindset.
I provide an in-person introductory mindset performance workshop for runners. The workshop is suitable for beginners and experience runners who want to explore the benefits of adding mindset techniques to their current or future running plans. Each workshop is limited to 16 people, the duration is 4 hours and is presented at various London locations. Please go to products for pricing and booking. There are no additional fees. You can also purchase the workshop as a gift.
My workshop will encourage you when training to set and achieve a personal goal or goals. You will learn to free yourself from negative and self-defeating beliefs and thoughts which are holding you back from reaching your optimum performance. I can help to increase your mental persistence, enhance your focus and boast your confidence. You will discover real mental training techniques which you can apply afterwards to your current physical plan. You will learn how to keep a training diary which incorporates the mental aspect of training in tandem with the physical. There is a fun element to the workshop, this involves various tasks which include motor skills, persistence, mindfulness, focus and promotes positivity.
If you are an athletics club, running group, gym or workplace I also provide an onsite workshop at your location. If you have a suitable meeting room for 8 - 16 people with AV Equipment I will deliver the workshop at your location for a reasonable rate. As a sports performance mindset coach, I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Sports Psychology, an IAFPD Primary Certificate in Performance Coaching, an England Athletics Coaching Assistant Licence and a Certificate in Mental Wellbeing in Sports & Physical Activity.
I was born in Birr, county Offaly, Ireland. I am a Sports Performance Mindset Coach based in London, with 10 years running experience in Ireland and the UK. I have competed in 220 competitive races in road, cross-country and track at various distances from 800m to the marathon. Ranked in the top 10 runners in the Irish Defence Forces 1994, I have represented Ireland at World and European Masters Championships since 2018. With thousands of kilometres training time, the workshops combine professional qualifications with personal experiences and a passion for running. Completed the the Cyprus Marathon March 2025 and currently traing for the 800m & 5,000m at The European Masters Athletics Championships 2025.

Yes, I work with runners, both beginners and experienced athletes. But benefits can be realised for non runners too.
